Jack is a femme, trans male, queer, white therapist who understands that our culture’s heteronormative life scripts leave so many of us marginalized and feeling alone and unheard. With a narrative and transfeminist approach to therapy, Jack believes we all have the power to freshly reclaim and articulate our stories--with ourselves as empowered, courageous, complex main characters.

Jack gained experience working with individuals who are HIV+ to develop resilience and self-efficacy using Motivational Interviewing and case management techniques at Chase Brexton Health Care in Baltimore, MD, and previously served his community as a fundraiser for Moveable Feast. He also maintains a creative practice as a writer, musician, and performer.

Jack has training in individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, masculinity and gender, and Motivational Interviewing, and is pursuing further training in relationship therapy, sex therapy, grief, and trauma. He is passionate about working with adolescents, adults, and elders across the spectrum of gender and sexuality. He is kink- and poly- aware and affirming, and committed to the Health at Every Size approach to care.
