Both of our locations offer free, abundant parking immediately outside of our office buildings.

At our Frederick office, parking along West Patrick Street is unmetered and free. At our Ellicott City office, parking is available outside of our office in a quiet, well-lit parking lot.

SECURITY

Both offices are protected by keypad access to enter. Your therapist will provide you with a code that you may use to enter the building for your appointments.

PHYSICAL ACCESSIBILITY

Our waiting rooms and therapy offices have seating that is comfortable for people with larger bodies.

Our offices offer moderate degrees of accessibility for those with physical disabilities that limit mobility. The Frederick office is located in the historic district in downtown Frederick, and requires a small step up to enter. Some therapists in both buildings have offices on upper floors that require stairs to access. We can typically offer spaces on the ground level to meet with folks for whom stairs are challenging. Neither of our offices are wheelchair-accessible.



For those with some types of disabilities, telehealth is the most accessible way to meet with our therapists.
