There is abundant free street parking immediately outside of our building. West Patrick Street is unmetered.

Security & Privacy

Our office building is located in a safe and well-lit area in downtown Frederick. The building is accessible by a keypad on our inner set of doors. Your therapist will provide you with a code that you may use to enter the building for your appointments. Our building is not shared with other businesses.

Physical Accessibility

Our waiting spaces and therapy offices have seating that is comfortable for people with larger bodies.

Our building offers moderate degrees of accessibility for those with physical disabilities that limit mobility. The Frederick office is located in the historic district in downtown Frederick; it requires a small step up to enter and is not wheelchair accessible. Some therapists have offices on upper floors that require going up one or two flights of stairs to access. We can typically offer spaces on the ground level to meet with folks for whom stairs are challenging.

For those with some types of disabilities, telehealth is the most accessible way to meet with our therapists.
