We do not accept insurance. We use a sliding scale to determine fees for our services. Your fee will be based on your annual income and which provider you’ll be seeing.

We hope to be able to offer subsidized and pro-bono services in the future and are currently exploring ways to make this possible.

Insurance

Our clinicians are considered out of network providers by all insurance plans. Many clients are able to receive partial reimbursement for our services through their insurance plans' out-of-network benefits. We are happy to provide you with documentation you need to submit reimbursement claims to your insurance company.

If you'd like to work with us but you're not sure about the details of your out-of-network benefits, call your insurance carrier ask the following questions:

  • Do I have any out-of-network benefits for outpatient psychotherapy office visits for the following CPT codes:

    • 90791 (for initial consultation session)

    • 90837 (for individual therapy)

    • 90847 (for couples therapy)

  • If so, do I have an out-of-network deductible to meet? How much is it?

  • How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?

  • Do I need a pre-authorization?

  • How do I submit claims for out-of-network reimbursement?

We recommend that, if you plan to submit reimbursement claims, you confirm your out-of-network benefits with your insurance company before beginning therapy.
