We primarily serve the LGBTQIA+ community in the Baltimore Metro and Western regions of Maryland, southern Pennsylvania, and eastern West Virginia. We are hiring full-time therapists for our office location in Frederick, MD.

Ideal additions to our team will have lived experience, strong interest, and/or training in at least two of the following areas:

gender-affirming, trans-competent care
sex therapy
relationship therapy, especially with queer and/or ethically non-monogamous partners
therapy with adolescents and their families
group facilitation

This is a location-flexible position with the option of working primarily from home, from the office, or a combination of both. Candidates must be prepared to provide in-person therapy at least one day of the week from our office in Frederick, MD. Candidates must be licensed, or be willing to be licensed, in the state of Maryland.
